Super Ftp Search is a tool aimed to search any files on one or more ftp servers with multi-session designed engine. It helps you save your time when you need to find some thing such as mp3 files, freeware, or shareware on ftp servers. You just specify file pattern and a list of ftp server addresses together with a starting directory and Super Ftp Search will do all jobs for you automatically.
You can indicate passive mode, port, login name and password for each ftp server respectively, and set maximum active connections, retry on fail, and pause before retry. You can search only in specific folders or skip them. And also can you use date and size as search filter. Asterisk (*) is supported to mask file and folder name. Importing a long list of ftp servers from a text file is supported to avoid manually input.
A Windows Explorer style interface makes it easy to use. Matching files are listed while search is in processing. You can select any of them, to open, create shortcut, or copy the URL and download with your favorite ftp tools. You can sort the result by name, URL, size, or date, by just one click. You can also do fast find, or further search inside the result list and navigate the result history. The result list could be exported to text file or html file.
